In 2023, no less than three employees will celebrate their 25th anniversary working at P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere GmbH & Co.KG

As part of a small anniversary celebration, the works council and management congratulate the jubilarians.

Mr. Faber began working at P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere GmbH & Co.KG in 1998. After extensive familiarization with the world of polyurethane elastomer manufacturing and processing, Mr. Faber was employed as a machine operator/demolder and material processor. After some time as a machine operator, Mr. Faber took over a production area that deals exclusively with the production of “no-crush rolls” and transport rollers. Mr. Faber fulfilled this task for many years. Due to his extensive knowledge and craftsmanship, he moved to the joining technology department and takes care of the bonding of components and large damping elements.

Mr. Beier He also began working at P+S in 1998. Mr. Beier was trained as a machine operator in the field of foamed polyurethane elastomers. This task also includes the material preparation of pre-polymers, as well as the pretreatment of the tools before filling them with cross-linked polyurethane foam. Mr. Beier worked in this department for several years until the opportunity arose to take on a management position in the casting elastomer department for compact PUR moldings and semi-finished products. Mr. Beier worked in this department for many years, but later switched to quality management. His experience in various activities in various areas of manufacturing, as well as knowledge of the applications of the manufactured parts, makes him a competent specialist.

In 1998, began Ms. Rietz an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at P+S Polyurethan-Elastomere GmbH & Co.KG. After successfully completing her training, Ms. Rietz was taken on and worked through various commercial departments in the company. During this time, Ms. Rietz set herself many new tasks and mastered them with great dedication and brilliance. Thanks to the extensive knowledge she has acquired about our manufacturing processes and manufacturing processes, products and applications, Ms. Rietz has been responsible for the sales processing of key customers for several years and is a much-appreciated contact person for customers and employees.
